TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL TERMS

• Art created by me cannot be used as an NFT, sold as merchandise, or used for any commercial purposes without prior permission.• I reserve the right to decline any commissions.• I have the right to post finished and in-progress work on social media as samples of my work.• Complete privacy may incur additional fees, and the client must notify me before making any payment.• By default, art in my style will be simplified. If the character is too complicated or if you wish to add more details than I typically would, an additional fee will be required.

• Prices are subject to change.• Payment transactions will be conducted through PayPal in USD. Other forms of payment may be accepted upon inquiry.• The timing of payment will be determined by me, depending on the commission. I will inform you when payment is due.• The full price of the commission will be communicated to you prior to starting the artwork.• No chargebacks, cancellations, or refunds are permitted once the commission has been initiated.

Delivery and Extra Fees

• Commissions will generally be worked on in the order they were received. However, there may be instances where I work on multiple commissions simultaneously.• You may request a rushed fee to prioritize your art and have it completed first. The fee will be 100% of the commission price.• Same-day delivery of the art can be requested, subject to availability. The fee for this service will be 200% of the commission cost.

Commercial Use

In any of the following cases, proper credit must be given to me as the artist, either by my username (demialien) or my social media handle, on any platform where the art is publicly displayed.PERSONAL USE
• Most commissions come with a default private use license, allowing you to use the art for personal purposes without monetary compensation, directly or indirectly.STREAMER / PROMOTIONAL USE
• This license is intended for those who indirectly generate monetary gain through streams, YouTube, or social media promotion of services or products.• It includes but is not limited to use in streams, videos, Discord, social media, profile pictures, etc.COMMERCIAL USE
• This license is for those who wish to produce and sell merchandise featuring the commissioned art for profit.• The price of this license will vary on a case-by-case basis, depending on the project.• If you require this license, please inquire and provide detailed information about the project in which the art will be used.

Process

START• When i get your commission form, i will review it and contact you with any details i need to give, including estimated delivery time and the final price.• A commission form will not necessarily mean that we will be working on it, you can send it to ask about pricing and you can decline once i give you the price, that’s totally fine.• Once the commission is accepted i will add you to the queue.ART PROCESS♦ SKETCH PHASE• I will start working on a sketch of the commission. This is the stage where you should be doing any big changes until you are happy with the result.
• Please be clear on feedback and give as much detail as you can. If necessary provide images for exact pose, expressions, etc.
• You will have up to 3 revisions for major changes on this stage for free. Any extra will require a 5% fee per change (unless i was something you mentioned that i forgot)♦ LINES AND BASE COLOR PHASE• After the sketch is approved i will continue with lines and base color.
• At this stage you may require unlimited minor changes such as change in color, small illustration fixes, etc.
• Any major changes that will require big amount of erasing or redo will requiere a 15% fee per change.♦ END PHASE• At this stage you will only be allowed up to 3 minor changes for free
• Once art is finished i will send you a link with the files for you to download
• Art will be delivered ONLY after full payment has been done

YCH COMMISSIONS PROCESS

This information is about the Your Character Here commissions.• Once I get the form from you and accept it, I will add you to the queue.• When it's your turn in the queue I will start working on the commission until I finish it.• No WIPs will be provided unless previously discussed (This may incur additional fees)• I will send you a watermarked screenshot for your approval (I will make changes if I forgot something that was previously stated in the form)• Once payment is done I will send you a link where you can download the file(s).
